Ashley Cole joined Everton as part of Frank Lampard's backroom staff earlier this month - and you can watch his first in-depth interview now!
Cole has taken up the position of First-Team Coach for the Toffees, leaving behind his previous role as Academy Coach at Chelsea.
Lampard and Cole, of course, know each other well, having spent the majority of their respective playing careers at Stamford Bridge.
Former left-back Cole won the Champions League, Premier League, Europa League, four FA Cups and a League Cup during his time with Chelsea, making 338 appearances for the west London club along the way.
The pair were teammates internationally, too, with Cole's 107 caps making him England's most-capped full-back of all time.
The now 41-year-old immediately turned to coaching with Derby County - and later followed Lampard back to Stamford Bridge where he remained until heading to Everton.
Last summer, Cole also became England Under-21s Assistant Coach, under Head Coach and former Everton midfielder Lee Carsley - a role he will combine with his club role with the Toffees.
