Erik ten Hag has met John Murtough in Amsterdam and held Manchester United recruitment talks immediately after securing the title with Ajax, in which Frenkie de Jong was confirmed as a target this summer.
Mitchell van der Gaag and Steve McClaren were also at that meeting which confirms they will both be joining Ten Hag at United this summer as assistant managers.
