Frankie McAvoy is the new Academy Director at Heart of Midlothian. A renowned coach with vast experience in both Scotland and England: Frankie is known for his sterling work at Hamilton Academical that saw the production of many high-quality players.
He will have overall control over Hearts' entire academy structure (including boys & girls). Welcome to Tynecastle, Frankie!
