A documentary that follows England international Lewis Cook's road to recovery after injuring his Anterior Cruciate Ligament for a second time in March 2021.

The next seven months see us track his progress, from within the hospital ward to the hard graft in the gym.

We go inside Cook’s home, speak to those who know him best and witness the 25-year-old at his most vulnerable.

However, nothing would stop him from doing what he loved and the afcbTV cameras captured his return up close and the success he went on to achieve as AFC Bournemouth won promotion to the Premier League in a fairytale ending.
