On today’s Scout Report, we take a look at three players out of favour at Real Madrid who could be snapped up this summer!
First up we have Isco, who hasn’t had a regular starting place at the Bernabeu since 2018, falling out of favour first with Santiago Solari and then a returning Zinedine Zidane. Despite being Ancelotti’s first signing back in 2013 and helping the side to its 10th Champions League, he isn’t in the coach’s plans, and has been strongly linked with Everton and Milan.
We also look at Luka Jovic, who has hardly played since his big money move from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2019. A return to Frankfurt on loan last term also didn’t yield many goals – another temporary switch could be on the cards. And finally we touch on Alvaro Odriozola – with Carvajal often injured and Vazquez older, he should in theory have a shot at the right-back slot in coming seasons. But with doubts over whether he’s in Ancelotti’s plans, a loan or a permanent move may be his best options.
