Our legendary manager Pep Guardiola is just the second man to take charge of 500 Manchester City matches.
With today's clash against Leicester City, he follows in the footsteps of Les McDowall by leading us into half a thousand competitive games. Guardiola is already the most decorated manager in City history, claiming an unbelievable 18 major honours in eight and a half years at the Etihad.
His brand of beautiful, attacking football has captured the world's attention and helped us dominate the Premier League, with six titles in the last seven years. We have also lifted the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup for the very first time under Guardiola, with successes in the Community Shield, League Cup and FA Cup too.
