Despite losing Pedro Neto and Jean-Ricner Bellegarde to injury in the first half, Wolves rallied in the second to earn another home win.
A makeshift line up in the second half saw Rayan Ait-Nouri given more licence to go forward and he got the scoring underway.
Nelson Semedo's excellent season continued and his shot deflected past Fulham's Bernd Leno in what turned out to be the decisive goal.
