Aldershot Town Football Club are delighted to be working with local Gym Maida Gym to become our exclusive official gym partner for the 2021/22 season.
Maida Gym are a local gym based near The EBB Stadium on Queen's Avenue, which thanks to an agreement at the start of this season, we will be using for the majority of our Gym training sessions in the 2021/22 season.
The first team squad will be using the gym and all its facilities on training days as part of their daily routine for the season, which includes over 6,000 square feet of training surface and 200 pieces of equipment, all kindly available for use from Maida Gym.
We hope these extended facilities will help our players in both improving in their performances, as well as supporting those recovering from their individual injuries.
We'd also like to take the time to thank Maida Gym for their brilliant support since the start of the partnership.
