Stoke City exited the Emirates FA Cup at the third round stage following a spirited performance at home to Premier League side Brighton and Hove Albion.
An own goal from Jan Paul van Hecke had given the Potters an early lead before efforts from Pervis Estupiñán and Lewis Dunk either side of the break turned the game around for the Seagulls.
Steven Schumacher's team drew level from the penalty spot through Lewis Baker, however João Pedro later netted a brace to take the game away from the hosts and Albion advanced to round four thanks to a 4-2 victory.
