A 35th-minute header from Bote Baku is enough to secure an away victory for Wolfsburg, which beats Bayer Leverkusen 1-0 to break back into the top four in the Bundesliga. Leverkusen fails to capitalize on RB Leipzig's loss at Mainz, remaining three points off second place and seven points off leader Bayern Munich, which can make it a 10-point gap Sunday vs. Schalke. Wolfsburg moves level on points with Leverkusen with a narrow advantage over the likes of Borussia Monchengladbach, Eintracht Frankfurt and Borussia Dortmund.
