Wolves came back from two goals down last night at Molineux to force a penalty shootout, where we sadly fell short.
Tanguy Ndombele and Harry Kane scored early in a disappointing start, but Leander Dendoncker pulled one back before the break. The second half was all Wolves. Daniel Podence scored for the second time this season and despite efforts from Hee Chan Hwang, Adama Traore and co, the end result was penalty shootout heartbreak for Bruno Lage's side.
