Many people are messaging me some are really excited for the season and yet for others it seems like the end of Blackpool FC as we know it So, come along at 4pm and tell me what you are feeling at the moment and let's talk about it. I was encouraged by what I saw 1st half at Southport. I've been impressed with what Michael Appleton has been saying but I appreciate for many he is going to have to get off to a very good start to turn their opinions around.
I know many are surprised and/or disappointed in the appointment of Michael Appleton because of the fact he left more or less before he had even started under the O's but I feel this time he is taking over a club which is far from the 'car crash' it was back then and in a much stronger position than we were before Critch came in. I am hoping this time around he will be a success.
Matt Scrafton tweeted last week that there was 'no need to panic' just yet, that there is plenty of time 'til transfer deadline day and that we have a decent squad of 25 already do you agree with him? I have to say that I agree somewhat with him, I do believe we have a decent squad who at times played some amazing football (until Critch decided to ring the changes) and we also got rid of a lot of the deadwood last season. We have a few talented youngsters that look like they may break through this year? we will utilise the loan market as we always do and I am sure we will make some signings.
Do you think we will hold on to Bowler and how much do you think we should be looking to get for him if we were to sell him now?
Who would you like to see come in? what do you think our priorities are and where do we need to strengthen? I would love to hear your thoughts and just chat about it as I promised last night on the FVP show as lots of Blackpool fans were posting in the comments their concerns. However that show is not just about Blackpool so todays show will be
