In the first in a new series, we join England Red Roses Maud Muir and Sadia Kabeya as they discuss a different topic each week that normally doesn't make it outside the Girl's Locker Room.
This week Maud and Sadia are joined by Performance nutritionist Laura Andrews. Laura currently works at AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League, as well as having worked at Arsenal and Queens Park Rangers in the past.
Laura talks through her nutritional myths, the importance of properly fuelling yourself and the girls discuss the difficulties around body image and sport.
