Last month, Wigan Athletic Community Trust held the EFL Utilita Kids' Cup at Laithwaite Park.
Featuring 30 schools and approximately 300 students from across the borough, the annual event invites schools from across Wigan and Leigh to compete and represent Latics in future rounds of the tournament, with the opportunity to play at Wembley Stadium, before the EFL Trophy Final.
