In partnership with the EFL Trust, Wigan Athletic Community Trust's Fit Latics programme is recruiting a new cohort of male participants, aged 35-65, looking to improve their health and wellbeing.
Open to all abilities, the 12-week programme takes place every Monday night between 6 pm – 7 pm at the DW Stadium. Sessions combine circuit exercises and workshops on health and nutrition to help participants improve their fitness and wellbeing and lead a more active lifestyle.
The last cohort of participants lost a total of 54kg, taking the overall weight loss of every Fit Latics group to well over 450kg!
To find out more or sign up for the programme, please email Wigan Athletic Community Trust's Health Engagement Manager by emailing j.cook@wiganathletic.com
