Last month, Wigan Athletic Community Trust welcomed 14 primary schools down to Stadium Way to take part in a Disney-inspired football festival.
As part of the Premier League Primary Stars programme, the session was in partnership with the FA, Wigan School Games and Barclays Girls' Football School Partnership, and used the power of Disney and storytelling to get the primary school girls engaging in physical activity in a new and exciting way.
