Back in June, Wigan Athletic Community Trust's disability football team won the Championship!
The Blue Team have been promoted to the Premiership after they impressively won 19 of their 22 league fixtures, subsequently finishing 22 points ahead of the runners-up.
As a reward for their achievement, the Blue Team was presented with the league trophy at the Manchester Ability Counts League Awards, which was held at the DW Stadium last month.
