After the sad passing of Gerd Muller on Sunday we look back on his brilliant career and legacy, talk about Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham’s decision to join Jose Mourinho’s Roma in a €40m move and Erling Haaland’s magnificent display in Borussia Dortmund’s 5-2 thrashing of Eintracht Frankfurt a game in which Jude Bellingham and Marco Reus also shone!
As if that wasn’t enough we also lauded Gerard Pique and elected him our star of the week after he opened the scoring in Barcelona’s 4-2 victory over Real Sociedad from new signing Memphis Depay’s cross.
