Gary Langley and Martin Fallon return for a special episode of Counties Podcast where we bring you the draw for the last 16 of the Edward Case Cup (First Division Cup). Its a regionalised draw with four ties in each section.
We review the last round first where in the North, Euxton Villa are one to watch after a 9-2 win over AFC Blackpool. There were some great away wins with Droylsden and South Liverpool both hitting four on the road. Darwen also hit four as they beat league leaders FC St Helens.
The South leaders are also out, Eccleshall winning 1-0 with a stoppage time winner. Winsford United had a morale boosting 5-1 win on the road, with New Mills also stunning high flying Stockport Town. Market Drayton Town came from 3-1 down to beat Cheadle Heath Nomads 4-3.
