These are the words DeAndre Yedlin wrote before the final World Cup Qualifier for the 2022 World Cup, where the United State National Team defender and his teammates had a chance to qualify for Qatar and right the wrongs of missing out on the tournament in 2018. Creating music, meditating, journaling - these are just a few tools that DeAndre has picked up to deal with the ups and downs of being a professional athlete.
