Denmark reaches the Euro 2020 semifinals after defeating the Czech Republic 2-1 in the quarterfinals. Thomas Delaney heads in the opener for Denmark early in the game from a corner kick, which the Czech Republic thought was wrongly awarded. Kasper Dolberg then doubles Denmark’s lead just before halftime, finishing off a fantastic cross from Joakim Maehle. The Czech Republic returns from the break full of energy as Kasper Schmeichel is called upon on multiple occasions before Patrik Schick finds the back of the net to pull one back for his side.
