Dele insists Everton must continue to improve after the midfielder grabbed his first goals for the Blues in Sunday's 4-2 pre-season friendly win at Blackpool.
Dele slotted home two second-half efforts in an impressive display from Frank Lampard's side, with Vitalii Mykolenko and Tom Davies also on target.
But the 26-year-old called on his teammates to keep striving for more ahead of their final pre-season match of the summer against Dynamo Kiev at Goodison Park on Friday.
