From former Arsenal and Barcelona midfielder Alex Song to one-time Premier League striker Diafra Sakho, a team from Djibouti named Arta Solar 7 have signed a string of big name African footballers over the last 12 months.
Arta Solar's investment has come somewhat out of the blue, since Djibouti have one of the worst football teams in the world, and no professional football leagues.
