What a brilliant display by Bayer Leverkusen, beating Borussia Dortmund 2-1 at home in a result with dramatic implications on the Bundesliga title race. In the first half, it was the Moussa Diaby show, who torched Dortmund with runs behind the defense, earning a goal for his contributions in the 14th minute. Julian Brandt found an equalizer (against his former club, no less) in the second half as Dortmund threatened, but a goal by Florian Wirtz after a terrific Leverkusen counter sealed the deal for the home side.
