Time to Talk takes place every year and is the UK's biggest mental health conversation, encouraging people to come together to talk and listen about struggles they might be going through.
This Time to Talk Day, the club would like to highlight some of the programmes offered to help people in times of need.
Norwich City's Community Sports Foundation is proud to host a variety of programmes and campaigns for those in the local community, including Run For Me.
Hazel, a Run For Me participant, shared her story on how she found a new outlook on life, along with great friends at the group after she lost her husband to cancer.
