Our young Baggies claimed a draw in their opening National League Cup match at Ebbsfleet United, but missed out on adding an additional point to their tally in Group D after losing out in a penalty shootout.
In a similar format to the Football League Trophy, a draw at full-time means a spot-kick contest determines which team earns another point on top of the one claimed by drawing after 90 minutes.
