Olly Sanderson's goal cancelled out Joe Grey's opener, before a stunning strike from Callum Cooke gave the Poolies the lead before the interval.
However, in a crazy second hald three goals in six minutes from Canice Carroll, Josh Ashby and Pierre Fonkeu turned the game on its head.
Pierre Fonkeu added his second and the Hoops' fifth with five minutes left, to cap off a memorable match!
