As part of the NSW Government's Legacy funding FNSW and Northern NSW Football joined together to host a #followYOURlead conference event at the MCA in Sydney.
The program has seen nearly 100 women from across a range of football environments including coaches, referees, administrators, volunteers and board directors complete a 6 week leadership course covering areas of governance, communication, confidence building, negotiation and conflict management.
We are excited to see the interest and engagement of females across our football family and look forward to continuing this important program.
