Football NSW's recent Association Presentation was an opportunity to outline a collaborative approach to supporting associations and clubs, affording more opportunities for female coaches to development within their community and football environments.
It is hoped that by working together we can increase female representation across NSW by 23% using the Women’s World Cup as a timeline to reach that target.
Attract, Develop, Retain, will be key to the success of our overall goal.
