In what was our third presentation in as many many weeks. Grassroots football was the focus.
With over 30 female coaches in attendance the introduction presentation was an opportunity to connect with female coaches and outline how together with the associations we aim to support female coaches in their own environments.
It was fantastic to have Debbie Fisher from the FA and Charlotte Ercil from the Hills Association. Their willingness to be open about their journeys was not only inspiring but really emphasized the importance of connection.
A calendar of events will be provided and a network will be developed where female coaches can connect and collaborate regularly sharing stories and ideas.
