Football NSW in conjunction with Canterbury & District Soccer Football Association and Punchbowl United FC recently ran an 8 week Community FC program for emerging communities in the Riverwood and Punchbowl areas.
Community FC is an introductory program targeted at newly arrived migrants, refugees, those from a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) background and Indigenous people.
These programs are run for players of all ages and genders and is used to introduce them to grassroots football in NSW, to develop and continue their love for the game, and more importantly to have fun!
Football NSW would like to thank all parties for their collaborative effort running this successful program which will see all players register with Punchbowl United for the 2021 football season.
