The first meeting between the two Eastern Conference clubs arrives with both teams in good form. On the other side, the Orange and Blue are leading the race for the Supporters' Shield. FC Cincinnati fell to Lionel Messi and Inter Miami CF in the semifinals of the U.S. Open Cup competition last week but didn't look fazed when they responded with a 3-0 victory over New York City FC in MLS play.
Atlanta United joined Major League Soccer in 2017 and won the 2018 MLS Cup in just its second season, the earliest an expansion team has won the title since 1998.
