It took just two days for football fans to defeat the so-called European Super League after mobilising and making their feelings heard both online and in the real world - and there may now be a brief window of opportunity for supporters to push through genuine, meaningful reforms.
From ticket prices and TV rights, to the greed that has poisoned the Premier League and many of football's governing bodies, including both FIFA and UEFA, there is much work still to be done.
So in this video, HITC Sevens suggests seven steps that could be implemented to try and save football's soul, redistribute wealth, and minimise the monopolisation of the sport.
