00:00 - It’s a chastening night. It was a difficult night for the players. I picked teams against Hungary which I thought would balance the squad and I got it wrong.
02:10 - We’ve sat here lots of times and we’ve broke lots of records. We’re sat on the opposite side today. Some of the other teams across Europe have experienced what we have.
04:10 - It’s not pleasant. The irony is the reputational comments have come in both nations league campaign. Where other England managers have been judged has been in the big tournaments.

09:00 - I know the role, I knew the role before I took it. I saw all my predecessors go through it. Football is emotional, fans coke and give an opinion. If the flack comes my way then I have to accept it.
