00 Intro
01 - We always want to try and compete however that's measured. You have to analyse at the end of the season.
54 - Not specifically talked to owners about maybe not being a trophy. We go day to day and how the team can improve. Clearly I haven't done everything completely right but there's also factors to consider.
45 - The owners are billionaires so they're quite smart, smarter than me for sure. They understand the direction we want to go in. I've been here four months and a lot of that is international football. Took Pep and Klopp time but maybe it's different for me for some reason. I know that I'm capable and the quality I have and support I have from owners, staff and players. I'm not here to convince anybody, I'm here to work!
28 I don't read the newspapers and stay away from social media. I'm not naive to know that there won't be criticism and negativity. I don't have all the answers. There's challenges we face and margins which are difficult and injuries don't make it easy to be stable but it's blah, blah. People want to see results.
25 I wouldn't have left my previous job if there wasn't a chance of support from the owners. They're in line with where we're at. I've been here four months, if people are going to judge me in that time period then that's fine but I can give you a counter argument with my career and what I've achieved and what others think of my quality.
57 I certainly wouldn't have got the sack at Brighton which is a well run football club, can't comment on the others. I have no idea what they would do. I always feel lucky to be at Chelsea and feel privileged to be here, there's a completely different ownership and people still think back to 20 years despite the fact it's different. The reason for me to take the job was to shape a club in a huge transitional period. I knew there would be extreme challenges and didn't jump at the first opportunity to leave Brighton.
07 I hide being pissed off well! This isn't actually me all the time, there's times where I get angry but I have to be respectful even though some of your questions are stupid. I represent a fantastic club.
