His son Nick is an integral part of City's Academy set-up working as Head of Phase Operations and helping to bring through the next generation of footballers.
They join hosts Rob Pollard and Nedum Onuoha for an in-depth chat to discuss their City memories.
Paul looks back on his journey from being stood on by a police horse at Maine Road before going to his first game as young fan, his famous winner in the 1981 FA Cup semi-final and not celebrating after scoring against City for Everton.
While Nick discusses his work in the Academy and the quality of players he works with.
