Jane was on a mission to bring Chicken Biryani to Bloomfield Road after sampling it at Ewood Park last season. After tweeting that she would love to see it at Blackpool FC The Catering Company reached out to her. Jane gave them a contact at Bloomfield Road to get in touch with.
And now only a few weeks later Jane was thrilled to hear the news that we will be able to have Chicken Biryani at Blackpool and we went down to meet the guys for a sample. The great news is you will be able to try it at the Rangers pre season friendly and at every home game for season 2022/23. If you like Indian food you are going to love this.
