Everton Under-18s tasted Merseyside derby joy in dramatic fashion, netting two goals in injury-time to seal a 3-2 Premier League (North) win over Liverpool at Finch Farm on Saturday.
Leighton Baines' young Blues looked to be heading for defeat after trailing 2-1 at the break, Joseph Bradshaw hitting a double either side of a 20th-minute equaliser from in-form striker Braiden Graham.
The score remained the same heading into the final stages of the contest until George Morgan popped up with a 91st-minute leveller.
And the Toffees' celebrations weren't done there when – it what has become a welcome habit of late comebacks for the Under-18s this season – Kean Wren slotted home a winner five minutes into added-time to secure a memorable victory.
