With all the players working hard on their preseason programmes throughout the summer and George Elokobi returning after a brief break it was all systems go on the pitch at Gallagher Stadium yesterday.
When signing for the club George has given players tailored training programmes to complete throughout the close season which most players work on autonomously. To aid this a technical session was put on for the local lads to bring them together at Gallagher Stadium.
With players on holidays and having other commitments this was an entirely optional session to help prepare for the preseason schedule which starts in just under two weeks.
