ESPN FC's Gab Marcotti and Julien Laurens (The Gab and Juls Show) react to the Manchester derby in which Manchester City were unable to capitalise on a bad week for Man United that saw them knocked out of the Champions League by RB Leipzig. Pep Guardiola started both Fernandinho and Rodri, whilst Phil Foden and Bernardo Silva both remained on the bench. Marcotti believes there was nothing to lose for Pep's City and they may have missed an opportunity to close the gap on Premier League leaders Tottenham Hotspur. Laurens also gives an update on Paul Pogba's situation at Manchester United, believing that he would like to begin a new chapter at Real Madrid, but is not trying to force his agent Mino Raiola to get a move sorted in January.
