Austria thinks it has taken the lead in the second half when Marko Arnautovic turns a David Alaba cross past Gianluigi Donnarumma into the back of the net, but a VAR review determines the West Ham star is offside. Austria does bring Italy's team-record shutout streak to an end at 1,168 minutes late in extra time when Sasa Kalajdzic beats Donnarumma with a header off a corner kick. The Azzurri await the winner of Belgium vs. Portugal in the quarterfinals (July 2, 3 p.m. ET, ESPN).
