Ivan Toney brings his goal tally to 33 goals this season, leading Brentford into the Premier League next season. In what’s known as the single-most valuable soccer match in the world, Toney and Emiliano Marcondes each score in the the first half. Swansea’s Jay Fulton was sent off in the second half for a terrible challenge, thus ensuring Brentford’s promotion to the English top flight for the first time since 1946-47.
