Albion fan Fin Williams was born with a condition called Mowat-Wilson Syndrome, as well as Hirschsprungs Disease. His dad, Paul, and Fin travel more than 600 miles for every home game, making the journey from Colwyn Bay to the south coast to watch the Seagulls.
