Borussia Monchengladbach captain Lars Stindl lifted a down-and-out looking Gladbach to a 3-3 come-from-behind draw vs. Eintracht Frankfurt, extending Frankfurt’s winless streak to nine matches. Gladbach struck first early with a whipping free kick by Stindl. Silva put Frankfurt level from the penalty spot and put the home side in front soon after. Not content with his brace, Silva then set up Aymen Barkok’s mazy run and finish to make the score 3-1. Frankfurt were reduced to 10 men when David Abraham was given his marching orders after a review by VAR.
