Don’t look now, but Lazio are charging up the Serie A table and are within touching distance of the top four after demolishing Atalanta 3-1 in Bergamo. Adam Marusic opened up the scoring in the third minute with a spectacular strike from distance, with Joaquin Correa and Vedat Muriqi adding their own in the second half. Atalanta’s Mario Pasalic got an easy tap-in for a consolation goal after a brilliant spin by Luis Muriel just outside the area, but in the end it was all Lazio who are well in form as the Serie A season rolls along.
