Oxford City moved into the play-offs after extending their unbeaten run to six games in Vanarama National League South, after a 0-0 draw away at Braintree Town.
Both teams contributed to an entertaining battle but neither really tested either goalkeeper.
This game was also City stopper Ben Dudzinski, 100th appearance for City.
The Iron made life hard for the Hoops, pressing well so City couldn’t play their usual passing game. However the hoops had several chances through Josh Ashby & Aaron Williams-Bushell who could have at the death, stolen the points with better finishing. However it wasn't to be and the points were shared.
