To give a red card, or to not give a red card? That was the decision Mike Dean faced in Fulham's goalless draw vs. West Ham United at Craven Cottage. ESPN FC's Craig Burley and Frank Leboeuf recap Tomas Soucek's apparent elbow to the face of Aleksandar Mitrovic late on in their Premier League clash, resulting in Dean handing out a red card to Soucek after consulting VAR.
