Atlanta United continues play in the Audi 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs on Tuesday, Nov. 7 at 7:00 p.m. The 5-Stripes face the 3-seed in the conference Columbus Crew in the Round One Best-of-3 series.
Here are a few things to know about the series as we head into Game 2:
- Tuesday marks the second match of the Best-of-3 series. Columbus won the first match 2-0. The first team to win two matches will advance to the single-elimination conference semifinals.
- As the higher seed, Columbus Crew will have home field advantage for the series. They hosted Game 1 and, if necessary, will host Game 3. Atlanta United will host Game 2 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on November 7. Click here to view tickets
- Atlanta United will wear the 404 kit for Game 2.
- Game 2 will be a Black Out at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Wear black to support the 5-Stripes at home.
Atlanta United joined Major League Soccer in 2017 and won the 2018 MLS Cup in just its second season, the earliest an expansion team has won the title since 1998.
