Gattuso's Napoli wins 1-0 at San Siro, leaving Milan nine points adrift of bitter rival Inter with 11 matches to play, and leaves Juventus in position to overtake Milan for second place with its match in hand. Matteo Politano's second-half goal proves decisive, with Milan unable to mount any serious scoring chances in the absence of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
