The news broke on Thursday as Jane and I were away for a few days Neil Critchley had left Blackpool FC to join Steve Gerrard as his number 2 at Premier League Aston Villa. It was a total shock, it came out of nowhere! How are you feeling? are you angry or do you see it as an opportunity for a more experienced manager to come in and build on the foundations that Neil Critchley had built?
Blackpool FC are no longer a car crash club, a club that no decent manager would consider, the future is bright with the new owner Simon Sadler determined to build a new training ground and finish of the stadium there is so much positivity around Bloomfield it could be the dream job for the right manager.
